Terms of Use & Policies

Please read our rules and booking policies carefully.

1. Booking and Reservations

To secure a date and time for a party at Partino Lucky Kids, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event prior to departure. We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you reschedule with sufficient notice, the deposit can be transferred to a new date within 30 days, subject to availability.

3. Venue Rules & Safety

  • Socks are mandatory: For hygiene and safety reasons, all children and adults entering the play zones must wear clean socks. Bare feet and outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited in the play areas.
  • Supervision: While our animators facilitate games and activities, parents or legal guardians are ultimately responsible for the supervision and behavior of their children at all times.
  • Illness: For the safety of all guests, children who are visibly ill or have a contagious condition are not permitted to enter the play center.

4. Outside Food and Drinks

We gladly allow parents to bring their own birthday cakes and outside food. However, any cake brought into the facility must be accompanied by a valid certificate of origin from a licensed bakery, in compliance with local health regulations.

5. Liability

Partino Lucky Kids is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Participation in play activities involves inherent risks, and by entering the facility, parents/guardians assume responsibility for any minor injuries that may occur during normal play.
